Shipping Policy
- Carriers: FedEx and DHL are our primary logistics partners. In rare cases, alternative carriers may be used for operational reasons.
- Processing Time: In‑stock items typically ship within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Delivery estimates and service options (including time‑definite services and Saturday delivery where available) are specified on quotations.
- Tracking: A shipment notification email with tracking details will be provided once dispatched.
- Customs & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and fees at destination are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds & Returns Policy
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise noted on the quotation.
- Authorization: Please contact our support to obtain return instructions and authorization before sending any item back.
- Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect. Return shipping is borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
- Exceptions: Used/damaged items not due to our error, missing parts, customized or special‑order products may be ineligible or subject to a restocking fee.
Repair & Service Policy
- Scope: We provide board‑level repair, testing, and reconditioning services for industrial & marine automation parts (e.g., PLCs, drives, PCBs, power equipment).
- Evaluation: Initial evaluation/diagnosis quotes will be provided. If you decline the service after diagnosis, a nominal inspection fee may apply.
- Turnaround: Standard repair turnaround is 5–15 business days depending on parts availability and complexity. Expedited service may be offered where feasible.
- Test & Reports: Each repaired unit is function‑tested; test reports/logs can be provided upon request.
- Non‑Repairable Units: If a unit is beyond economical repair, we'll notify you and propose replacement options where available.
Warranty Policy
- New Items: Unless otherwise specified, new items carry the manufacturer's warranty terms.
- Used/Refurbished Items: Standard warranty is 90 days from delivery against functional defects under normal use.
- Repair Warranty: Repair services carry a 60‑day limited warranty on the specific work performed and replaced components.
- Remedies: At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund the defective item/service after verification.
- Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, accident, or force majeure is not covered.
